This is what I want you to know about self injury

Tomorrow, 1st March, is Self Injury Awareness Day.

There’ll likely be another blog post tomorrow on the subject, but in the meantime I wanted to share this fantastic little video with you. It has been made by a member of the mental health online community and is ‘This is what I want you to know about self injury’.

Well worth a watch!

I don’t know how to stop. To be totally honest, I don’t know if I want to stop. I know what to do id I’m feeling really bad, but I’m not sure what to do if I couldn’t do that.

So I’m really grateful to you for sharing – thank you :)
